The Laboratory of Biochemical and Biotechnological Processes was founded in 1981 at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). The Laboratory is represented by Associate Professor Christos Chatzidoukas, Director of the Laboratory since 2016.
