Submission of applications for the participation of postgraduate students in the November 2025 Graduation Ceremony of the Department of Pharmacy

The application must be submitted EXCLUSIVELY through the online platform https://sis.auth.gr/

by selecting your respective postgraduate program (ΠΜΣ) from 17/10/2025 to 05/11/2025.

To ensure your graduation application is valid, you must upload/submit the following documents:

  1. Academic ID card (physical document – Secretariat office hours: 11:00–13:30)
  2. Library clearance certificate stating that you have no outstanding loans or obligations.
    • The application for this certificate is submitted through the following link: https://www.lib.auth.gr/el/no_obligations
    • In the “Library” field, select “Veterinary Medicine”.
    • (The Department Library is located on the ground floor of the Veterinary Medicine building.)
  3. Certificate of submission of the MSc dissertation to the Central Library of AUTh.
  4. Responsible Declaration (Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση) through the e-gov platform, stating the following (select only what applies):
    • I wish / do not wish to participate in the graduation ceremony of the Department of Pharmacy, AUTh, on 19-11-2025.
    • I will submit my Academic ID card to the Department Secretariat (either in person or by post) by 05/11/2025.
    • I do not possess an Academic ID card due to… (e.g. loss, non-issuance, etc.)

After the graduation ceremony, once your status has been updated to “graduate”, you will be able to request from https://sis.auth.gr/ the certificates you wish to obtain, such as:

  • Bilingual copy of the postgraduate diploma (fee required)
  • Bilingual transcript per semester (fee required)
  • Diploma Supplement in Greek
  • Diploma Supplement in English
  • Postgraduate diploma parchment (fee required)

following the instructions provided by the Digital Governance Unit.


Finally, please note that AUTh alumni may retain access to their institutional account in order to continue using various electronic services.

It is recommended to download and save all certificates obtained through the system, especially if you choose not to keep your institutional account active.
