Teaching activities of the Postgraduate Studies Program (Postgraduate Studies Program) titled “Porcine and poultry Health Management” will be carried out by the mixed educational process method (blended learning) which is a combination of two educational methods, the physical face-to-face education and the modern distance online education, since the conditions of the Ministerial Decision (FEK 1079/Ta/28-2-2023) are fulfilled
To MSc programme is structured in three (3) semesters.
Five (5) courses are taught in the first semester.
Two (2) courses are taught in the second semester.
In the third semester an MSc thesis is carried out
During the second semester the students will be engaged for the whole of their time, except for lectures, in the practical application of medicine, surgery (where relevant) and reproduction of pigs and poultry at the Farms Animal Clinic of the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Government Gazette for the establishment of the Clinic 398/T.B./28-03-2005) .
The official language of the program as well as the language of the preparation of the MSc thesis is English.

The start and end of the courses are determined by the academic calendar or by a decision of the Department Assembly. The evaluation of students is carried out after the completion of the teaching work of each course.
Postgraduate students are required to attend all courses in all semesters. The teaching of the courses consists of the in-depth presentation of specific topics of the field of knowledge, either through development by the lecturers, or in the form of interactive discussion, or in the form of practical exercises, or through the preparation of assignments, or through the development of a research project, or through educational visits, and/or through any other method or way that may, in the judgement of the lecturers, best contribute to the acquisition of scientific knowledge and assist students in their learning.
