Postgraduate students are enrolled in and participate in the Postgraduate Program under the terms and conditions set forth in the present Regulations. They are entitled to all rights, benefits, and facilities granted to undergraduate students, with the exception of the right to receive free course textbooks. The Department is obliged to provide appropriate support and accommodations to postgraduate students with disabilities or special educational needs.
Postgraduate students admitted to the Postgraduate Program are required to:
-
Attend regularly and without interruption all courses included in the current curriculum. Each student is allowed a maximum of two (2) absences per course.
-
Participate fully in all educational and research activities.
-
Submit course enrollment forms in due time at the beginning of each semester.
-
Submit all assigned coursework within the designated deadlines.

Submit to the Secretariat, prior to the evaluation of their Master’s thesis, a formal declaration affirming that the thesis contains no plagiarized material.
-
Pay tuition fees in a timely manner.

-
Respect and comply with the decisions of the Postgraduate Program governing bodies, as well as with the principles of academic integrity.
-
Submit, in a timely manner, all program evaluation questionnaires and any other surveys related to the operation of the Postgraduate Program, as requested.
Applications for tuition fee reimbursement are not accepted after acceptance of admission to the program.
Upon commencement of studies, students are required, at their own expense, to acquire a semi-adjustable articulator with facebow and a high-speed handpiece. These items constitute personal equipment, which will also serve them in the subsequent practice of the dental profession.
The Postgraduate Program will provide basic dental materials and consumables. Any specialized clinical materials deemed necessary for clinical training must be procured by the students at their own expense.
Failure to comply with the above obligations, without serious and duly substantiated justification, constitutes grounds for dismissal from the program.
