The registration fee is as follows:

The registration fee includes the following (same for Students, Academics, Non-Academics):
- admission to all conference meetings and talks,
- conference materials,
- all lunches and coffee/snack breaks,
- welcome reception,
- the conference (gala) dinner,
- free wifi access at the conference site.
Notes
- Students – When picking up the registration materials, students are expected to produce proof of their student status (PhD candidates are considered in this category).
- Academics – refers to Faculty members & Researchers affiliated to an academic or research institution.
- Non Academics – refers to anyone other than students & academics, e.g. government officers and industry related personnel.
Accompanying Persons can also be registered at the same fee as for Students.
Depending on the available financial support, such as sponsorships, there will be limited funds to support (with a reduction in the registration fees) young researchers (PhD students and Post-Doctoral researchers who have received their PhD within the last 2 years) especially from countries with low and lower-middle income economies.
Applications should be sent to the organizers at ddeu2025@auth.gr together with a short CV. The applications will be reviewed and decided following the deadlines of the oral contributions and posters.
