Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday June 23, 19:00-21:00. It will take place on the terrace of the conference hotel and include light buffet and wine.
The Welcome Reception is covered by the Conference Registration Fee.
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday, June 25, starting at 20:00 on the terrace of the Conference Hotel. It will include buffet dinner with wine, drinks and music.
The Conference Dinner is covered by the Conference Registration Fee.
Excursion
The excursion will take place on Friday, June 27, starting after the official close of the conference at about 15:00. It includes visit to the Vergina archeological site and museum and walk and dinner at a seaside place. Return to the conference hotel at 22:00.
The Excursion is not covered by the Conference Registration Fee. The cost for the Excursion is 40 Euro. You have to register aforehead and pay on the desk.
