When you make a payment, please inform us whether you wish a receipt or an invoice. These will be issued by the Research Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
A receipt is an official financial document, issued in your name.
In case though you need an invoice, we will need the following information:

Address (street, city, zip code and country)
VAT number (D.O.I. for Greek participants)
A copy of the receipt or the invoice will be send to you through e-mail.


Registration fees include:

  • conference room,
  • coffee breaks,
  • lunches,
  • gala dinner and
  • conference material.

At least one of the authors needs to register for the conference in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings.

Participation of non-authors, either in person or online, will be free of charge. Non registered participants are not entitled to conference material nor lunch and gala dinner.

The conference will be held in a hybrid form. The number of participants allowed in the conference room will be subjected to the COVID-19 restrictions that apply at the time.
