Poster Guidelines
The posters should have a vertical orientation (portrait) and the dimensions should not exceed 80 cm x 110 cm.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Language
All papers must be presented in English.
Length of presentation
A total of 15 minutes has been allocated for each talk. It is recommended that the talk be no longer than 12 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
System requirements
– The onsite computers use MS PowerPoint.
– Your presentation should be prepared and saved as a PowerPoint file that is PC compatible.
– Use aspect ratio 16:9 widescreen.
File name
– Please name your file to a USB as: Session#_PresentingAuthorName
E.g.: Session1_Smith
Hand in the USB drive to our staff in the speaker room at least one hour before the start of your session.
