Internal and External Evaluation

The MA program undergoes an annual internal evaluation, which comprises regular monitoring, control, and revision process of the MA program, aiming at continuous improvement of the level of education and the creation of a supportive and effective learning environment for students. The Internal Evaluation Group (OM.E.A) collaborates with the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) as part of the annual internal evaluation process of the program.

The MA program has initiated its Internal Evaluation process in collaboration with its Coordinating Committee, the OM.E.A of the School, and the MODIP of the Institution. Guidelines have been provided by the MODIP of AUTh, following the requirements of the Hellenic Authority of Higher Education (HAHE) Certification modelThe MA program monitors and evaluates quality indicators such as the attractiveness of the program, the assessment of courses and teaching staff by students, mobility, student support services, years of study, etc. Finally, the degree of interaction of the MA program with all stakeholders (students, alumni, and collaborating bodies) and their information are monitored. The MA program is obliged to implement any recommendations made by the MODIP as part of the internal evaluation process. The Internal Evaluation by the MODIP is carried out within the framework of Process 4 of the Institutional Quality Assurance System, for the continuous improvement of the educational process.
